Context

FRME's digital systems had grown without a clear owner or plan, and the federation needed to know what state things were actually in before deciding what to invest in.

Approach

I reviewed the existing systems end to end and prioritized findings into what to fix first, what to retire outright, and what to rebuild rather than patch.

The deliverable was a concrete refactoring plan, not a general recommendation — specific systems, specific actions, in order.

Outcome

FRME has a prioritized, actionable plan instead of a vague sense that "the systems need work."
